1. What kind of beads do you sell?
We only sell natural stone beads of the highest quality. Think of gemstones such as jade, onyx, tiger eye, agate, and many more.
2. Can I also place custom orders?
Yes, we offer the possibility to place custom orders. Please contact us via the contact page to discuss your wishes.
3. What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on workdays before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. Usually you will receive your order within 1-2 workdays.
4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. For orders above €50 shipping is free.
5. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order. Make sure the products are unused and in their original condition. Contact us to start the return process.
6. Do you also offer discounts?
